Full-Size Ergonomic Grip
N6 uses a full-size, deeply curved ergonomic shape that lets your hands rest naturally instead of curling inward. With an 8.5 cm grip height matched to full-size official controllers, it presses comfortably into your palm for a secure hold.
It avoids the taller, slimmer feel of Joy-Con grips, offering better balance, fewer micro-adjustments, and long sessions that feel easier to stay in.
Drift-Free Hall Effect Joysticks
Stick drift was one of the biggest frustrations on the original Switch™.
And while Switch™ 2 increases joystick size, it still relies on contact-based mechanisms, which means wear, and drift, can return over time.
N6 solves this at the core. It uses Hall Effect joysticks, where movement is read magnetically instead of through physical contact eliminating internal wear and drift from the start.
To match a full-size controller feel, N6 increases the joystick travel angle to 23° (compared to 18° on Joy-Con), bringing smoother directional changes and better control in slow, precise movements.
A POM anti-wear ring (not metal) further reduces friction while keeping movement stable, smooth, and predictable — session after session.
Audio Tuned for Real Play
Handheld audio usually fires downward, losing clarity and impact. We changed that. When the console is inserted into N6, the speaker output faces forward, sending sound directly toward you. Inside, the structure forms a small resonance chamber that naturally reinforces the audio, similar to how an instrument body amplifies sound. This adds depth and about 10% stronger bass, making voices clearer, effects punchier, and games more immersive without extra power or bulk.

Button Feel & Input Materials
Every input on N6 is engineered with intent — prioritizing comfort for frequent actions and precision where timing matters.
N6 uses conductive rubber membranes for the ABXY buttons, delivering a familiar, cushioned press with smooth travel. This feel is ideal for long, everyday sessions, reducing finger fatigue while keeping inputs consistent.
The D-pad uses tactile switches, providing a more defined actuation point and clearer directional feedback. This results in sharper inputs and better control in games that rely on precise directional presses.
The shoulder buttons also use tactile switches for faster actuation and a crisp, responsive feel — well suited for action-heavy gameplay and rapid inputs.

We paired that precision with adjustable vibration, so feedback stays clear without overpowering your control. Dual linear motors deliver adjustable vibration at 0%, 40%, 70%, or 100%, so impacts and movement feel clear without becoming distracting. Small wrist movements stay precise, motions stay steady.

When you sit down to play, you want everything to feel solid and predictable.
N6 connects through a wired USB-C connection, giving you a stable, no latency link where inputs register instantly.
