Is abxylute just for streaming? Can I play other games as well?

It's mostly for streaming, meaning that you can stream from the cloud or your PC/consoles. You won't be able to install Steam games locally but you will be able to remote play Steam or console games through streaming software such as Steam Link or Moonlight. Also, light Android games work well on abxylute.

Is the console Wi-Fi 6?

No, it's not Wi-Fi 6 but there's a 2T2R MU-MIMO Wi-Fi chip to ensure high-speed data transmission even in crowded Wi-Fi environments. Our test shows it performs perfectly ok without Wi-Fi 6.

My device is unable to charge?

Firstly, it is recommended to use the original charging cable that comes with our device. Additionally, please ensure that you are using a USB-A to Type-C charging cable, rather than Type-C to Type-C. If you are still experiencing issues, using a charger with a power output of 20W or below should resolve the problem.

Does it come with 5G? option with sim card?

Including a SIM card in the abxylute would allow for seamless switching but the cost of this feature would substantially raise the price of the console. Also, the cost of data plan is still relatively high. We will consider adding this feature in later versions but not for the first generation of abxylute.

How will my order be delivered to me?

We partner with 4PX for order delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the 4PX website. Usually it takes 7-15 days, varied by the locations.
