1. How does the reservation work?
- Super Early Bird: 25% off retail, limited time & limited quantity.
- Reserve for $5 to unlock a VIP tier with Super Early Bird pricing + an extra $10 off.
- Your VIP price stays valid throughout the entire campaign.
- VIP access is reserved for customers who placed a reservation; we’ll verify it by matching your email.
- Didn’t use it? Your $5 will be refunded after the campaign ends.
2. Why ask for a deposit before the Kickstarter starts?
The VIP deposit isn’t a random payment. It’s a way to lock in the best super early bird price and help us gauge real interest before launch.
From our experience, projects that perform strongly in the first few days of a Kickstarter campaign often get more visibility and platform recommendations. That’s why we offer this VIP incentive - it rewards early supporters and helps our campaign gain momentum from day one.
3. Will I be charged immediately when I back the project?
No - when you back on Kickstarter, it’s only a pre-authorization.
You can cancel or change your pledge anytime before the campaign ends.
Your card will only be charged after the 30-day campaign closes.
4. Do I need to fill out my shipping address now?
No. You don’t need to enter your address when backing.
After the campaign ends, you’ll receive a survey form to confirm your shipping details before delivery.
