What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products reach customers all around the globe. We primarily use standard 4PX shipping services for most countries. However, for countries without 4PX services, we utilize EMS shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary based on the region and typically range from 5-20 working days.
How do I track my package?
Once your order's tracking number is uploaded to our system, you will receive a notification email. You can easily track your package's progress on our website using the provided tracking number.
Can I change the delivery address of my package?
If you need to change the delivery address, please reach out to our customer support team at support@abxylute.com immediately. We will assist you in updating the address before the item is shipped. Please note that once the item has been shipped, any address changes must be coordinated directly with the logistics carrier.
What do I need to do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please take a photo of the item and keep the original packaging. Contact our customer support team at support@abxylute.com, and we will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
What about duty taxes?
Please note that our prices do not include shipping fees or any applicable taxes. Customers, especially those in EU countries, are responsible for paying any required taxes. In the United States, packages over USD$800 may be subject to taxes. Tax regulations in other countries will be determined by their respective local policies. Please be aware that if you refuse to pay the taxes and the device is returned, a refund for the fees will not be issued.
