Let’s just say this is the best mobile controller I have ever owned! Easy to set up and use. The buttons on it have nice clicks when pressed. And the triggers are phenomenal! I would recommend this controller to anyone who is serious about their gaming!

Tolles Teil. Sowohl mein A52s als auch mein Tablet (hochkant) passen rein. War bei anderen Controllern schwierig, weil die Kamera am A52s hinten raus steht.Der Mechanismus ist stabil, die Tasten genau richtig und die Sticks fühlen sich nice an. Liegt insgesamt super in der Hand.Kein Lag beim spielen bemerkbar und man kann's auch als Controller fürn PC nehmen.

👍 手にフィットして疲れにくい一番気に入っているのはサイズ感です。手が小さい方なのですが、持ったときに手にしっくりなじむのがわかります。長時間ゲームしても、以前のコントローラーのように手が疲れることがなくなりました。グリップの感触も良くて滑りにくいです。🔌 コードがなくて快適ワイヤレスは初めてでしたが、すごく快適です。コードが邪魔になるストレスから解放されました。接続も簡単でしたし、操作の遅延も全く感じないので、アクションゲームでも問題なく使えています。🕹️ シンプルで操作しやすいボタンやスティックの感度も特に不満はありません。スムーズに操作できるので、ゲームの入力ミスも減った気がします。シンプルに使いやすさが際立つコントローラーです。ワイヤレスを検討している方にはおすすめです。

I already own the Abxylute S9 and love it, but I wanted to get the S8 for my Switch and other devices that don’t have USB-C.Setting up the S8 was super quick and easy just as with the S9. Running a quick calibration and pairing took me all of a minute and then I was good to go.So far the battery life has been great, better imo than the switch joycons and way more comfortable in comparison.Like the S9, the S8 has Hall effect sticks and triggers and once you get used to that level of accuracy and lack of stick drift it’s hard going back to controllers without it.A couple welcome upgrades from the S9 are an improved form factor and trigger shape. The S8 is just ever so slightly more comfortable to hold for long gaming sessions, and I much prefer the Xbox style triggers to the PS style on the S9. The analog sticks and face buttons also feel just a tad larger. All very good updates, if you ask me!You can’t go wrong with either controller, which one is the right one for you is probably determined by whether or not you have a usb-c device. Otherwise it’s pretty subjective.For the price, this is an insane value!

十字キーの質感がマクロスイッチになっておりS9より良い。期待していたSwitch2の接続ですがJoyconなどよりはホールディング製もよくShareボタンなども機能します。また当然ですがBluetooth接続のためクレイドルに刺した状態でもコントローラーとして利用できます。あと以外だったのがコントローラーモード事にBluetoothの接続先を保存しているようでNSモードをSwitch2,PSモードをスマートフォンなどにしておくことが可能でした。存外汎用性高く使えるようで個人的に大満足な商品です。

Die Qualität wirkt wirklich sehr hochwertig. Mein 8,8"-Tablet passt mühelos hinein. Und ich liebe die Bluetooth-Funktionalität, da sie sowohl mit meinen Android-Geräten als auch mit meinem alten iPhone funktioniert.Die Tasten und Trigger fühlen sich sehr angenehm an, und ich habe keine Eingabeverzögerung bei der kabellosen Verbindung bemerkt. Auch der Komfort beim Spielen ist dank der Ergonomie sehr gut.

This is an awesome mobile controller, very easy to setup, connected instantly via bluetooth. The controls are very responsive and feel great, ergonomics wise it feels comfortable to hold even during longer gaming sessions. worth the price ^^ (i love the pattern on it)

The abxylute S8 has been my unexpected favorite bit of tech in 2025 by far. I've been testing it on the Switch 2, Galaxy Fold 6 and iPhone 16 Pro. The controller is solidly put together with a nice backing where a device sits, and rubber bumpers on the sides where the controller clamps. It paired with each device very easily - The Switch was an instant connection from the "change grip/order" screen and both the iPhone and Galaxy connected in X-input mode with no hiccups. The face buttons are quiet and have a nice click to them, and remappable paddles on the back work nicely. The triggers work perfectly as analog inputs for things like Gamecube emulation or racing games, full-sized analog sticks are accurate and comfy, and the D-pad feels great and has good diagonals (I've spent more time with the traditional D-pad, but the disc-style one feels nice too.) Ergonomics are seriously comfortable too. It opens wide enough for the Switch without straining and closes small enough to clamp nicely on a phone. Vibration works nicely, and no stick-drift or cardinal snapping for the analog sticks. The abxylute app is nicely polished and adds some extra functionality for remapping.On android, all inputs work perfectly in X-input mode. Emulators with auto-mapping worked immediately and manually remapping worked as you'd expect too. Native android gaming on games with controller support has no issues either. As far as iOS goes, X-input worked perfect too. Resident Evil Village and Genshin Impact both worked with their in-built controller support. I detected no noticeable input lag in my gaming sessions, which was nice.My favorite use case for the S8 has definitely been Switch 2 gaming in handheld mode. It connected right away once put into Nintendo pairing mode, and has no issues staying connected or reconnecting afterwards. It's much more comfortable than the joycons, giving you much better grip and controls. An unexpected awesome feature for me is being able to place the switch off-center in the controller. Doing that raises the screen up a bit which puts less strain on my neck in handheld mode. It shifts the weight balance a bit too, which can be more comfy based on your preference, though I'm used to it from gaming on the Galaxy Fold personally. Since the connection is Bluetooth, you can also use the Switch in tabletop/kickstand mode and use the controller on its own. It's more comfortable than the joycons attached to a grip, and you don't need to carry an additional piece of hardware with you. I'll also make a note that my Switch 2 has the D Brand Killswitch case on it. It's pretty thick, but the S8 can still clamp on the console with no problems. I find the S8 setup more comfortable than the D Brand grips. Also, the controller doesn't make contact with the joycon magnet "rails" so it won't cause any wear or damage to them (no matter how you choose to place the switch in the S8.)Overall I've been seriously impressed with the build quality and value of the S8, especially at a lower price than any other premium telescopic controller. The extra software compatibility with multiple devices is a game changer for me, and I can't imagine going back to a Backbone or Razer Kishi setup after having one controller that works with all my devices. I highly recommend it!

This controller is almost the same as the Abyxlute S9 but this one has wireless function via bluetooth.Buttons feel great, DPad has microswitch buttons so it is very clicky but quite noisy, hall effect joysticks for zero drift, membrane ABXY buttons feel good to press and it also has analogue trigger buttons. It also has a couple of buttons on the back.You can pair it with different control modes NS, Xbox, PS, Android, PC. The controller comes with a USBA-USBC cable for charging, paper manual and a concave type Dpad if you prefer that style.I have big hands and the control is very comfortable to hold and quite light. The rechargable battery holds great as well (via USB-C port).I have tested the controller with different devices, the grip is nice and firm and they all work nicely with no input lag. I totally recommend this product!

This is a top tier controller for portable systems. I tested with my iPhone Pro Max and the Switch 2. It hold them very well in the spring loaded grips that have rubber padding to hold tight in your device and prevents slipping. The S8 controller has a very nice grippy feel but is smooth and feels good in your hands at the same time. The buttons have a very satisfying click when you press down on them and Th e joysticks have just the right amount of resistance to make them feel great while moving around in games but not stress out your finger muscles. Overall this is a fantastic controller option and I can highly recommend it.

This is a great alternative for the Gen1 Legion Go. It fits very snug and secure. The DPad is amazing. I play a lot of Fighting Games like Tekken and Street Fighter. I use the DPad 99% of the time. The default controls on the Legion Go are fine but the DPad is very slick. The DPad on the Abxylute S8 is matte. Only unfortunate part is that it doesn't extend far enough for larger tablets. Definitely great for cell phones, small tablets, etc.

I have been playing with this controller and I am very impressed, not just for the built quality but the versatile and ease of use. So far I have use it with the Nintendo switch and to be honest I feel that the abxylute S8 feels more stable than the joy cons. Needless to say that it makes it more comfortable for longer play session.Connecting the abxylute S8 to a phone is super easy and works out of the box with emulators and games with gamepad support. The app to add custom mapping for games without gamepad support is now available in the Play store and it is very easy to understand, supports plenty of options to give you the best gaming experience on mobile.Highly recommend it, the design is also well done with attention to detail.

Best handheld gaming I’ve ever bought, easy to take anywhere with you can use it with and iPhone or a tablet and play multiple games. Truly one of the best investments I’ve made as a gamer this is great

I have the original S9 controller, so once I learned of Abxylute made a successor without the USB-C port I had to try it out. Both are amazing controllers for games such as Wuthering Waves- doubly so for iPhone users. Below are my pros/cons with the S8. The top controller is the S8 while the bottom controller is the S9 for size reference.Pros+ No USB-C port makes it universal to older iPhones that use the lightning cable and for the Switch tablet. Much easier to handle than the Switch joycons.+ Tactile buttons and clicks feel like the Xbox/PS5 buttons. I've tried the backbone one controller, and it doesn't feel as good compared to this.+ Button placement is perfect thumb reach distance, especially for those with large hands.Cons:- The S8 isn't as comfortable since it's slightly bigger due to having a battery in it.- Right joystick placement is lower than the S9Overall:For the price this is an excellent and well-made controller for iPhone. I highly recommend it if you're a casual mobile gamer. Right now, I am alternating between the two controllers as I can't decide which one I like more. Either way, this will make the gaming experience more pleasant than just using the on-screen buttons. Once you get one you can never go back!I am giving it a 5 star because I believe the cons listed are more preferencial in my opinion. Overall the design is sold and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap.
