One / One Pro – PS Remote Play Login Redirect Issue Fix

After a recent update, PS Remote Play requires login through Chrome. This can conflict with the handheld device’s background management restrictions, causing login failures. Here are two solutions:

Method 1: Switch to Tablet Mode

  1. Go to Settings → switch to Tablet Mode.
  2. Use PS Remote Play to log in; the login process should work normally.
  3. After successfully starting the stream, you can switch back to Handheld Mode.

Method 2: Enable Multi-tasking Background Option

  1. Go to SettingsLab Options → turn on Multi-tasking Background.
  2. Try logging in with PS Remote Play again; login should work properly.
  3. If you want to restrict background activity, you can turn off Multi-tasking Background after the stream has started.
